Driving a motorhome isn't like driving a car
A motorhome is longer, wider and taller, takes longer to stop and needs far more room to turn. For anyone who's never driven one, or who is also getting used to driving on the left, it can feel intimidating. Small mistakes are expensive, too: a damaged wing mirror can cost £220–£300 or more, and a tyre burst on a verge another £100–£200. A few hours of training costs a fraction of that.
